Error "missing_clustered_nodes" when enabling feature flags for RabbitMQ

Issue/Introduction

Before upgrade from 7.8.1 to 7.9.0 EDR server, the required RabbitMQ upgrade cmd throws an error:

# /usr/share/cb/cbrabbitmqctl enable_feature_flag all
Enabling all feature flags ...
Error:
missing_clustered_nodes 

Environment

• Carbon Black EDR: 7.8.1 Server
• Linux OS: Supported Versions

Cause

7.9.0 EDR Server Release Notes indicate that RabbitMQ feature flags must all be turned on prior to the upgrade.

Resolution

The RabbitMQ mnesia file still has EDR cluster details that are inaccurate to the current configuration. Resetting the mnesia file resolves the issue.
