Business Rule not allowing to change Timeline of Task in 16.3.3

Issue/Introduction

After implementing business rules on the Task object, all attributes are set to be non-editable when the task is identified as a “Key Task.” As a result, users are unable to modify the task date by dragging it within the timeline view but still able to edit in the grids.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity MUX using administrator rights
2. Make a copy of Standard Project
3. In the newly created blueprint, configure a rule on task object to disable editing any attribute when a condition is met.
4. Now associate a project instance to the newly created blueprint 

Expected Results: User should be able to change start and finish date of the task 

Actual Results: User is not able to change the start and finish date of the task by dragging the bar in the timeline view
