File masking on TDM portal

Issue/Introduction
CSV, JSON, and Parquet File masking from Portal is supported from TDMWeb-4.11.3000.0 ( the GT DataMaker version 4.11.20.0 is required)
Environment
TDM portal 4.11.3000.0 or above
Resolution
Steps:
1. Add new connection profile with file format, shown as below,
2. Add Environment
3. Add Data model
After you have the data model, the following processes are the same as other data source, such as PII scan, config masking rules, run masking job.
