CA7 Jammer is failing with an error like below:

WARN [RunCycle] Jammer failed for scheduler: <CA7 Scheduler Name>
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 10 out of bounds for length 9
When reviewing the logs the jammer continuously fails after parsing a specific RPT70* file with a specific timestamp.
The timestamp on the file is just after the last event time seen in the AAI System Monitoring page.
This can happen if the RPT70 file, which contains the events from CA7, is corrupt.
To workaround this, follow the steps below:
1. Take the CA7 scheduler offline
2. Delete the RPT70* file in the error message
3. Bring the CA7 scheduler back online
4. Wait for the next Jammer cycle to verify the errors are no longer occurring and that events are starting to process on the System Monitoring page
