  • You observed a message similar to the following stating:
Your certificate library item ui.uri.0 (id: ########-####-####-####-##########, description: null) expired ## day(s) ago at <date>T<time>[#####/#####]

Cause

This issue occurs if the expired ui.uri.0 certificate is still being used at the Public Addresses in the VCD UI.

Resolution

Upload a valid certificate at the Public Addresses, and ui.uri.0 will display the new and valid certificate.
Follow these steps to upload a valid certificate:

  1. At the Provider Portal go to Administration
  2. Go to Public Addresses under Settings
  3. Click on Edit
  4. Click on Replace Certificate file and choose the valid certificate.
  5. Next & Save.
