Not Able to change the Repository type for attachments

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms: 

 After upgrade SDM from 12.7 sp2 to SDM 14.1 Not Able to change the Repository type for attachments.

Environment:  

SDM 14.1

Cause: 

Database Table "server_types" is empty so SDM cannot determine the option configuration for content repository.

Workaround:

to allow the application to find options for Repository these fields must be fill in the server_types table manually.

Table must have these default values:

After have completed these steps, in the dropdown for the attachments configurations, option "server type" will appear.

To confirm this you  need to go to :
Administration tab >> attachments Library  >> Repositories  >> Service Desk (right click on it >> Edit)
Click on "servlet server" and then search

Additional Information:

Before edit the table make sure to have a backup of the mdb database.
