ConnectALL automation won't pick or sync records

Issue/Introduction

ConnectALL does not read records from source and destination application and throws error below.

java.lang.Exception: Exception in Connecting to MSVSTSTFS

 

 

For remedy error below.

 

com.go2group.connectall.remedy.RemedyRestConnector: Cannot connect to Remedy::401::Reason::Unauthorized

 

 

For Jira-

 

Caused by: java.lang.Exception: 401 : Invalid Credentials in connecting the Jira

Cause

Could be issue with Connection credentials.

Resolution

Troubleshooting Steps:

Validate connection and make sure it is successful.

If Connection is successful, modify associated automation and see if you have username/password field with some value. Clear those value if you have them and save automation.

Run the automation and see if the records are being read and synced.
