issue with validating the Aria Operations for Networks data source, VMC NSX

Issue/Introduction

The VMC NSX Data sources was connected and collecting data and now you cannot validate it in the UI.

In the UI for the data source you may see DFW IPFIX Flows will not be reported for NSX Manager 

In the UI you may see the following which shows Data Collection has failed due to an error and Metric Collection and Last Configuration shows empty:

On the Platform node in /var/log/arkin/saasservice/latest_error.log you may see the following error:

VCF Operations for Networks 6.13.0
VCF Operations for Networks 6.14.0
VCF Operations for Networks 6.14.1

Cause

The CSP token has expired or need to be replaced.

 

 

 

Resolution

To resolve this issue get a new CSP token and use it to re-validate the VMC NSX data source, enable IPFIX and within 10-15 minutes the error should clear from the UI.
