Role permissions required to approve a policy automated action

Issue/Introduction

There are a few additional permissions beyond what is enabled in the default "Standard User" role that are required to give a custom user role access to approve a policy automated action. 

Resolution

Under the " Privileges" section in the custom role editor, go to Setup > Governance > Policies > Automated Actions >  Automated Actions.  Then enable the following permissions:  Update Automated Action, and Approve Automated Action.
