Unable to add new attributes in Risk object

Issue/Introduction

• Issue happens in the live environment
• An attribute is attempted to be created in the 'Risk' object
• From the database it is noticed that the query fired by the application for this purpose keeps waiting or gets deadlocked.

Cause

Studio changes attempted in the live environment, without making sure that the application is not in use.

Resolution

It is best to attempt Studio changes - such as attributes creation - in a dedicated deployment window.
