A VCD environment is unable to access Media stored on a vSAN datastore. Operations fail with the error "host doesn't have access to the Media's datastore".
This impacts the ability to mount media or utilize assets from this datastore.

The architecture must be corrected to align with vSphere cluster and storage boundaries.
Primary Solution (Shared Storage): Move the Media library to a shared datastore (e.g., NFS, iSCSI, or vVols) that is mounted and accessible to all ESXi hosts that participate in the pVDC.
Alternative Solution (Re-architect): If vSAN must be used, the pVDC boundaries must be redefined. The pVDC must be constrained to only include ESXi hosts from the same vSphere cluster that provides the vSAN datastore. A separate pVDC would be required for other clusters.
