How to update Actuals Time of Assignments via Open Workbench

Issue/Introduction

Question: 

We need to update Actuals time in Assignments via Open Workbench instead of Clarity Timesheet.

How do I configure PPM and Open Workbench?

 

Environment: 

PPM Clarity 13.x, 14.2

 

Answer: 

Need to configure Track Mode=None for both Project and Resources as below.

- For project

- For Resource

After above configurations, you can use Status Update view in Open Workbench to update Actuals for each resources like as below.

 After save this project to PPM(total 36 hours Actuals) , you will see 36 hours Actuals of Assignment in PPM.

Additional Information:

If you want to update Actuals by using MS Project, you can use similar configuration.
