This document describes how to check the mount status of a datastore.

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 8.x
VMware vCenter Server 8.x

Resolution

How to check in the UI

1.Log in to vCenter Server using vSphere Client.
2.Click the "vSphere Client" logo at the top and select "Storage" from the shortcut menu.
3.Select the target datastore from the tree on the left and click the "Configure" tab on the right.
4.Please click the "Connectivity and Multipathing" section in the displayed list, and then the "Host" and "Datastore Mounted" items shown on the right.





How to check via CLI

1.Log in to the host you want to check via SSH as the root user. 
2.Execute "esxcli storage filesystem list" command and refer to the "Mounted" item.

$ esxcli storage filesystem list
