register-placeholder job keeps recreating in vmware-system-antrea namespace

Issue/Introduction

Uninstall Antrea interworking by following commands:

kubectl apply -f deregisterjob.yaml
kubectl delete -f interworking.yaml --ingore-not-found

After a few minutes, noticed a pod and job appears again and has been there even since.

Resolution

This is expected behavior in Tanzu Kubernetes Grid environment.

register-placeholder job is embedded in TKG default settings, thus safe to ignore.
