When an install fails, there are three install logs that support needs to assist.
When installing Identity manager, on occasion it will fail. Unfortunately one log may not be enough to express what is happening with the installation.
The 3 files are located in the following folders:
\CA\Identity Manager\IAM Suite\Identity Manager\caiamsuite.log
\CA\Identity Manager\IAM Suite\Identity Manager\install_config_info\CA_IAM_Suite_InstallLog
