increase UMA agent side metric clamp

Issue/Introduction

UMA team agent log is showing following error message.

Resolution

Suggest you adjusting the agent side clamp value to 100000 in UMA Agent deployment file.

Redeploy the UMA Agent with above settings. Make sure manager side clamp is also adjusted accordingly.
