Aria Automation cluster seems to be broken and on reboot Kubernetes services do not come up

Issue/Introduction

The Aria Automation appliance is not working. When rebooted services such as Kubernetes fail to start.  

Environment

Aria Automation 8.18.1

Resolution

When the appliance crashed the /etc/hosts file was corrupted. Once the /etc/hosts was restored and the appliance was restarted using the documentation below the appliance was functional again.
