Difference in Resource List Returned from REST

Issue/Introduction

While looking in the UI a number of resources is displayed (for example 100), but through a REST query only 90 return. Why is there a difference?

Clarity 16.3.3

Resolution

Clarity system accounts won't return in a REST query, which would explain the difference in results.
