Support for configuring IPSec session with a dynamic Remote IP

Issue/Introduction

The NSX UI does not allow configuring an FQDN in the "Remote IP" section while configuring IPSec VPN, and only IP address can be configured:

VMware NSX-T Data Center

Resolution

This is an unsupported feature on NSX.
The IPSec session needs to be established with a static Remote IP.
