Issue/Introduction

Metrics processing and being sent to O2 with no errors in the logs, but the metrics do not always appear in the GUI

This issue is occurring for all schemas.

Resolution

The orphaned alarms observed were using the older odc-collector 

These alarms were created for odc-collector_collector|Resources|System:Uptime (ms) metric. 
They were generated when the user stops the older odc-collector and this metric stops reporting data.

To clear the alarms:

Automatic Clearance: These alarms will automatically clear after 24 hours.
Manual Clearance: To clear alarms manually, filter them by "Alarm Type" containing "ConnectorHealth" and then clear them.
