Issue/Introduction

 DXO2 installation has failed. In the installation log following events can be seen:

2025-10-20 11:40:18,767 TRACE - [helm out] Release "###" does not exist. Installing it now.
2025-10-20 12:00:29,602 TRACE - [helm err] Error: failed pre-install: 1 error occurred:
        * timed out waiting for the condition

 

2025-10-20 12:00:29,602 TRACE - Helm install exit code = 1
2025-10-20 12:00:29,602 ERROR - [ERROR] Failed to apply the chart. See install.log for more details
2025-10-20 12:00:29,602 TRACE - [ERROR] Helm binary exit code = 1
2025-10-20 12:00:29,602 ERROR - ERROR] Failed to start helm binary

Resolution

Obtain the installation.log and contact Support. It is very vital, to ensure that each single pre condition is met, evaluate one by one depending from installation method.
