Notification is not acknowledged though Hierarchical Acknowledge setting is TRUE

Issue/Introduction

Notification acknowledged in Higher Domain (SAM) not cascaded to lower domain (OI). 

Environment

All Smarts version

Cause

Lower domain type was wrong. 

Resolution

Output of ICS_Domain::InChargeDomain_<Domain_NAME> showed that Type is INCHARGE and not tagged to proper Type like INCHARGE-OI-SUITE or INCHARGE-SAM-SUITE, verify this setting from GMAC (Global Manager Administration Console) as shown below:

If not mapped correctly as per domain, change it, save and reconfigure the higher level domain for changes to take effect.
