Issue/Introduction

Sender domain registered in Email Security Cloud is unable to send an email to Apple users and is encountering error "554 5.7.1 [BS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137"

Resolution

• There are some bulk mail requirements from Apple and they have implemented strict rules on their end.
• The recipient mail server administrator should be contacted in such cases for the root cause.
