Cause
下記ストレージ操作を同一データストアにて実行すると「最大仮想ディスクサイズ」が 2TB に誤って設定されます。
Unmount -> Detach -> Rescan -> Attach -> Rescan -> Mount
Resolution
ESXi 8.0GA 以降にて修正されています。
回避策:
hostd サービスを再起動することで事象が解消いたします。
- ESXi ホストにて SSH を有効にする
- root ユーザで SSH ログインし、下記コマンドで hostd を再起動する
/etc/init.d/hostd restart
/etc/init.d/vpxa restart
