Issue/Introduction

HCX Interconnect (IX) appliance deployment fails on adding Mobility Agent task.

Environment

VCF 9.0
VMware HCX

Cause

HCX versions below HCX 9.0 are unsupported with vCenter 9.0 (same HCX site). For example, HCX 4.11.x should not be paired/connected to a 9.x vCenter in the same site.

Resolution

Use HCX version 9.0 or above.
