Issue/Introduction

HCX Interconnect (IX) appliance deployment fails on adding Mobility Agent task.

Environment

VCF 9.0
VMware HCX

Cause

Please note that HCX versions earlier than 9.0 are not supported with vCenter 9.0 within the same HCX site. For example, HCX 4.11.x must not be paired or connected to a vCenter 9.x instance at the same site.

Resolution

Ensure that HCX is upgraded to version 9.x.
