IX appliances found to be in read only mode.
Migrations are failing as a result
Unable to run fsck commands as root password is unknown and cannot be reset due to read only mode
Redeploy the IX appliances to recover from this state.
Then force cleanup the migrations that were impacted to prevent any future issues.
Once force cleanup is completed you can retry the migrations.
