ARD studio main window stuck after launching the application

Issue/Introduction

After installation of ARD via upgrade as well as fresh installation, after launching the application, the mouse clicks stop working on the main window. 

The items in the topmost header bar are clickable but anything below it is not responding.

However, all the option pop-ups are working using keyboard shortcuts and the buttons on those shortcuts are clickable and working fine.

Environment

ARD 3.6.x

Cause

This issue occurs when there is an environment variable QT_USE_NATIVE_WINDOWS set to 1 on the machine running ARD studio.

Resolution

The immediate workaround is to set QT_USE_NATIVE_WINDOWS environment variable to 0 will fix the issue. However this settings might be required by some other application possibly from a different vendor.

Also, this issue has been fixed in the ARD build AgileDesigner-3.6.0.35.zip which can be downloaded from the support portal solutions sections or can be requested by raising a support ticket.
