When trying to login to Nolio UI, the "welcome" page loads correctly, but when clicking in ‘Launch’ button, nothings happens:
When trying to go directly to base URL: http://server_name:port/datamanagement/index.html
The browser keeps loading and nothing is shown.
Nolio Release Automation 6.8
There is a known issue in 6.8 release, in which sometimes the ActiveMQ database may get corrupted, causing the Nolio Release Automation service be up and running, but in a hung state.
In order to solve this, the following can be done:
It may be possible that after this procedure, NES servers may appear unreachable, even when the services are up and running, in this case, then it may be required to recreate ActiveMQ database, which is done by following these steps on each NES:
NOTE: If the issue still persists, then it may be needed to recreate ActiveMQ database on NAC too, which is done by stopping Nolio service in NAC, delete ..\ReleaseAutomationServer\activemq-data\nac\LevelDB and start Nolio service again.
This issue is solved in 6.9 release.
