Enhancement - add app_name is added as a default attribute in the list for axa apps

Issue/Introduction

Add "app_name"as as an option from the default attribute list, at the moment we need to manually add app_name to be able to see the applications for the services creation, we have many axa apps, so we need to go to the same process, having this option will speed up the process.
