Issue/Introduction

The AAI Dashboard is not loading the error message: Unable to get processing load data at  /aai/collector/processingLoadData

Error message in the server.log:

ERROR [org.springframework.aop.interceptor.SimpleAsyncUncaughtExceptionHandler] Unexpected exception occurred invoking async method: public void com.termalabs.collector:

I/O error on GET request for "<https AAI url link ": Certificate for <"hostname"> does not contain the subject alternative names: [hostname]

Environment

Product: Automation Analytics & Intelligence v24.x

Cause

The certificate used for https AAI doe snot contain all the alternative names.

Resolution

Please check with the System Administrator to make sure the certificate used by AAI has all the alternative subject names(.)
