This document is for DSM users using NSX for their workloads.
At this time DSM can not collect Support Bundles for NSX through the built-in log bundle collection (https://techdocs.broadcom.com/us/en/vmware-cis/dsm/data-services-manager/2-1/getting-started-with-vmware-data-services-manager/administering-vmware-data-services-manager/collecting-system-logs.html). Manual action is needed to gather support bundles.
The support team requires two types of logs:
1. Workload Management Logs: Contains logs for the Supervisor Control Plane VM's/Supervisor Cluster.
2. Guest Cluster (TKG) Logs: Contains all of the logs for a specific guest cluster.
