Issue/Introduction

When attempting to export content management along with all configurations selected, the export process becomes stuck.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.17.1 and earlier versions

Cause

This is a known issue affecting Aria Operations 8.17.1 and earlier versions, When you try to export content management data, including "Application Definition Assignments," the export task gets stuck.

Resolution

Workaround:

Exclude “Application Definition Assignments” from the content management export to ensure the export task completes successfully in Aria Operations version 8.17.1 or earlier.

Permanent Solution:

Upgrade Aria Operations to version 8.18.3 or later.
