Discrepancy in time for Risk Evaluation Detail Activity Report

Issue/Introduction

In the Risk Evaluation Detail Activity Report, the time is shown in GMT. However, converting it to IST requires adding 11:00:00 (05:30:00 twice) instead of the expected 05:30:00 to match the actual transaction timestamp.

Symantec Risk Authentication 9.1.5 

Resolution

To address the issue it is recommended to apply the patch Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1.5-DE645275-HotFix . The patch can be downloaded from the KB article as well.
