Issue assigning the rights to view/edit advanced VM settings to a sub-provider in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

• When trying to provide the capability to a sub-provider account to view and edit the VM advanced settings, the client is unable to see the Advanced option in the VM settings inside VMware Cloud Director.
• The following right is assigned to a global role used by the sub-provider account:
  
  Edit VM CPU and Memory Reservation / Limit / Shares in all VDC types

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

This right is not included in the rights bundles for sub-providers, by default, and is not available for use in that context. So, even if it may be assigned to the global role, it cannot take effect in the sub-provider.

Resolution

Publish the following right to the sub-provider via a rights bundle:

Edit VM CPU and Memory Reservation / Limit / Shares in all VDC types
