You added the data sources and it is connected but not collecting data, metrics or flows

The data source model, operating system or BIOS are not listed on the Supported Products and Versions page

Cause

As of today, adding support for new device models and OS versions is not in our roadmap for new Data Sources.

Resolution

In the future, instead of adding support individual device models and versions, Aria Operations for Networks is planning to develop a generic management pack model for any device integrations.

This is in research phase though and there is no concrete timeline has been decided yet for this.
