Long loading time of Global Address Book "All Computers"

Issue/Introduction

In Remote Control Viewer, the loading time of the Global Address Book: “All Computers” has significantly increased. This could take 2 or more minutes to be displayed.

Client Automation 14.5

Cause

A possible cause is if the file C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Agent\CCNF\comstore.enc is big on the Domain Manager (size > 6 MB).

Example :
In below example the size of comstore.enc is 7204468 Bytes. Which is too big and could affect the overall performance of Client Automation

Viewing Directory 'C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\Agent\CCNF'

Resolution

Size of comstore.enc file could be reduced by following following article :
comstore.enc file too big (>6 MB) on Domain Manager

Apply this solution on the Domain Manager and check if loading time of Global Address Book "All Computers" is reduced.
