MON enabled Virtual Machines showing "Waiting for IP" status

Issue/Introduction

Virtual Machines on a MON enabled extended network are showing "Waiting for IP" status in the HCX Manager. 

Cause

The incorrect Gateway IP is used when extending the network. 

Resolution

Use the correct Gateway IP when extending the network.  This will allow for expected workflow and successful MON enablement.
