SiteMinder : Unable to display the entities from the Policy server AdminUI

Issue/Introduction

SiteMinder AdminUI  displays below error for the federation entities searched in the AdminUI.

Environment

Policy Server version : R12.8.x 

Any OS

Cause

Cascaded Style sheets of  SiteMinder AdminUI were not extracted properly.

Resolution

Follow below steps to fix the AdminUI search issue.

1. Stop the AdminUI services.

2. Delete tmp or rename to tmp.old 

3. navigate to <ADMINUI>/standalone/deployments

Rename castylesr5.1.1.ear.deployed and iam_siteminder.ear.deployed  to  castylesr5.1.1.ear.dodeploy and iam_siteminder.ear.dodeploy

4. Start AdminUI services
