TMA-0905 - Timesheet Validation error when Resource DOT is set

Issue/Introduction

When the Resource DOT is set and if the current date goes past the DOT, the Timesheet system throws an error even if the time period accessed is before the Resource DOT

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Identify a system which has a resource with DOT sometime in the past. 
   In this example, Resource ABC with DOT as 24th Oct 2025 (today's date is 4th Nov 2025)
2. Make sure Resource ABC is active, OTE and mode is PPM. 
3. Navigate to Timesheet tab and go back to Oct 13 2025 Time period(or any timeperiod in the past)
4. Under My Timesheet tab, search for resource ABC
5. Click on View
Expected: Since the timeperiod clicked is before the Resource DOT, it opens up
Actual: The system throws the below error
com.niku.union.odf.exception.ODFValidationException: TMA-0905: Resource ABC was terminated on 24/10/25. Creating a timesheet requires an existing, active, resource who is open for time entry and has a time track mode set.

Workaround:
If the resource DOT is removed and saved back with the same date as above (24 Oct 2025), the system allows to access the timeperiod.
