Issue/Introduction

Unable to add CASB subscription.

Error: Primary or secondary domains must include at least one value which matches the current user's domain.

Primary domain is missing from the environment.

Resolution

Contact Broadcom to add the primary domain to the environment. A fix for this is planned for a future release.

Additional Information

The user performing the configuration must have an email address equivalent to the primary or secondary domain.
