Issue/Introduction

NSX edge cluster deployment workflow on SDDC Manager is failing with error "Create Resource Pool(s)"
Precheck and Validation passes

In vCenter we can observe tasks failing with the  below message

Environment

SDDC 5.X

Cause

DRS is deactivated in vCenter at Cluster level.
Before starting the process, from SDDC, make sure that create Resource pool from vCenter is not grayed out [DRS disabled].
