Issue/Introduction

Introduction: 

Crystal Reports Viewer is no longer available for download.

Question: 

Why is Crystal Reports Viewer for CABI no longer available to download?

Environment:  

CABI 3.x, 4.x.

Answer: 

Crystal Reports Viewer is available but only if you download it yourself from SAP. It’s a free component off the web, not a CA product.  We understand the Crystal Reports Designer ISO was available but it is still a separately licensed component.

Additional Information:

CA will distribute CABI 6.x (with TIBCO® Jaspersoft) to replace CABI 4.1 (with BusinessObjects). To prepare for this transition, CABI 4.x images no longer will be part of CA product downloads on support.ca.com after March 31st, 2016. Customers entitled to CABI 4.x images after April 1, 2016, can contact CA Customer Care for download instructions.
