The worker processes report that they are exiting frequently. Messages like the following are seen regularly:

The processes are most likely being killed by the "kill" command and they are being restarted automatically by postgres.
There may be a script that is trying to clean up old connections or processes and it is killing the worker processes incorrectly.
You need to find the script/cronjob or user that is killing the processes and correct the script to avoid kill the worker processes.
