Update Nvidia licensing portal API Key in Quickstart of PAIF

Issue/Introduction

• VMware Private AI Foundation (PAIF) is deployed via Quickstart wizard in VCF Automation.
• During the wizard the Nvidia licensing portal API Key needs to be input.
• The API Key has been set to rotate in Nvidia license portal after a period. 
• The Nvidia licensing portal API Key need to be updated in PAIF project in VCF Automation.

VMware Private AI Foundation 5.2

Resolution

The value of Nvidia licensing portal API Key is defined in a default secret of 'vpaif-quickstart-licensing-protal-api-key'.  To update the Nvidia licensing portal API Key in PAIF project of Automation:

1. Login VCF Automation with admin account.
2. Click Service Broker then click Infrastructure.
3. Under Administration click Secrets.
4. Edit the default secret liking 'vpaif-quickstart-licensing-protal-api-key'.
5. Make sure the Scope selects Project and PAIF project (etc. vpaif-project) is listed of Assign Projects.
6. Input the new Nvidia licensing portal API key copied from Nvidia license portal.
7. Click SAVE.
