Issue/Introduction

No CPU and Memory in the Spectrum OneClick Performance tab for Cisco Wireless LAN Controller with sysObjectID of 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1069. The Performance tab in the Component Detail panel shows "Invalid Value" for both.

Cause

The device does not support the mibs and attributes Spectrum uses for CPU and Memory. For Cisco devices, Spectrum uses the following mibs and attributes for CPU and Memory:
 

CPU:

MIB - CISCO-PROCESS-MIB

Attributes - cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex and cpmCPUTotal5minRev

 

Memory:

MIB - CISCO-MEMORY-POOL-MIB

Attributes - ciscoMemoryPoolFree, ciscoMemoryPoolUsed, and ciscoMemoryPoolName

Resolution

None. Issue with mib support on the device.
