You have used the 'India Rupay Card Number' Data Identifier (DI) to block Rupay Cards. You see that Rupay Debit Cards are blocked; However, credit cards are not
DLP 16.x
DLP 25.1
Currently the Data Identifier 'India Rupay Card Number' has the below patterns defined:
508[5-9]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
607[0-8]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
6079[0-8]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
6069[89]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
6521[5-9]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
652[2345]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
6531[0-4]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
6530\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
608[0123]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
6950\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
Rupay credit cards have been recently introduced and the DI does not include the pattern for the credit cards yet
Feature Request no. ISFR-3801 has been filed to include the new range in the DI pattern
Temporary workaround is to use a custom DI and add the below pattern to the existing range of patterns
652[89]\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d\d
