Issue/Introduction

Full Name column filtering does not honor Add Staff selection and shows ever resource and role on the system

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to MUX > Projects and open any project
2. Go to the Staff tab > Add Staff > Roles
3. You get presented with the roles on the system that you can add
4. Click on the column filter icon

Expected Results: You are able to filter down the list of roles you got presented
Actual Results: The filter displays every resource/role on the system 

Note: Same behavior is seen when you Add Staff > Teams or Add Staff > Resources
