LCMVMSP10027 and LCMVCFA00010 are received when trying to delete a failed VCF Automation deployment

Issue/Introduction

• In VCF Operations > Fleet Management, the deployment of VCF Automation failed
• Tried to delete the deployment task and got the error code LCMVMSP10027 and LCMVCFA00010
  

  Error Code: LCMVMSP10027
  Deletion Failed: Unable to verify/remove integrations. Retry the request once the platform is stable.
  Unable to trigger request due to missing property kubeconfig

  Error Code: LCMVCFA00010
  LCMVCFA00010
  Unable to get access token from VCF Automation

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0.x

VCF Automation 9.0.x

Cause

The task is attempting to delete the VCF Automation integrations, but VCF Automation is not running due to the failed deployment.

Resolution

Use Skip Task true when retrying the task in Fleet Management

1. Log in to VCF Operations and navigate to Fleet Management > Lifecycle > VCF Management > Tasks
2. Click on FAILED for the Automation removal task
3. Click Retry
4. Set Skip Task to true for the failed tasks and click Submit
5. Verify that VCF Automation is removed from the environment and able to be redeployed.
