Automation Central job schedules change when editing them after creation

Issue/Introduction

After creating the job and to go in an edit it, the scheduled Date and Time changes automatically. The Date is rolled back by 1 day, and the Time is pushed forward by 1 hour.

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

The behavior is caused by the Standard Time offsets with the change in Daylight Saving. The date/time is still stored correctly (as daylight time in the example above). However, the offset in the dropdown will be applied to the calculated next start date/time.

This is a known issue currently under investigation.

Resolution

A fix is tentatively planned for Aria Operations 8.18.6 and VCF Operations 9.0.2. Versions and timing are subject to change.
