In the Clarity Mobile App, under Action Items, under the sections: Received This Week / Received Last Week, all Action Items belonging to other users are being visible, irrespective of the fact that the logged in user does not have the access rights to view other user's action items. Further if the same user logs into Clarity MUX and navigates to My Workspace, then that user is able to view only those Action Items that are addressed to the user, action item belonging to rest of the users are not visible
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1 On Clarity identify an user who has only the following security group and access rights
2 Ensure that there is no Action Item present in Clarity, Please use the job: Purge Action Items to clear all Action Items
3 Ensure that there is no Action Item assigned to the user referenced in Step 1. This could be verified from the My Workspace section from this user's login
4 Log into the Clarity Mobile App as this user and under the Action Items ensures the no Action Item is visible for this users and under the sections: Received This Week / Received Last Week
5 Logout from Clarity. Now log back into Clarity as the Admin user and generate an Action Item for a second user. For example an action item could be generated to a specific user using a process system action
6 Login as this second user referenced in Step 4 and verify that the action item is visible under the My Workspace
7 Log into the Clarity Mobile App as the first user referenced in Step 1
Expected Results :-
The first user should not be able to view any Action Items belonging to other users
Actual Results :-
The first user is able to view every other action items addressed to other users, for example the Action Item addressed to the second user is visible under the section: Action Items >> Received this Week
